Consultations;

I offer both mini and full consultations to provide options that suit your needs.

Mini consultations are ideal for those that have a short term change in their health, are wanting advice on nutritional needs or wanting to support their immune system naturally over the winter period.

A mini consultation is $50 and take approximately 30 minutes. A wellness plan is sent within 48 hours with my recommendations.

A full consultation is a more in - depth conversation where we discuss your reason for requesting a consultation as well as body systems and nutrition. This helps me to make holistic recommendations to support your body as it heals.

A detailed wellness plan is sent out with my recommendations for lifestyle and dietary changes, supplements, Herbal Blends and Flower Essences that can help you on your path to wellness.

A full consultation is $120 and take approximately 90 minutes.

Consultation Requirements.

Physical face to face appointments.

Please ensure you have completed your pre-consultation form at least 12 hours before your appointment.

Photograph or bring any medications including natural supplements.

Wear comfortable clothing and ensure you have eaten and drunk water before the consultation.

Please be on time, if you are going to be late please contact me urgently.

Cancellation Policy.

I understand that sometimes situations change and you are no longer able to attend your consultation.

If this happens please contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to book another date or conduct the consultation online to suit your circumstances.

Please note there is a fee if you do not show up for your consultation with no prior notice.

Payment Guidelines

Payment must be made for all services and remedies before the consultation or creation of any blends.

There is no refund on any blends that have been paid for and made as requested if you change your mind.

For mini and full consultations that are cancelled or a no show there is a 10% fee that will not be refunded due to preparation and research I complete prior to the consultation.
