An increasingly common experience for many New Zealanders is fatigue.
As a country, we have higher rates than the global average, with those in high-pressure employment being the most likely to experience long-term fatigue.
Fatigue can cause difficulty concentrating, changes in mood, hormone fluctuations, weight gain/loss, and depression, to name a few.
For many, feeling constantly exhausted becomes normal with no expectation of improving their energy levels.
Being able to support my clients as we work together on recovery from fatigue is something I am very proud of.
