Flower Essences
Flower Essences: A Gentle Path to Emotional Balance.
Flower essences hold a special place in my heart as my favourite modality in natural medicine. Their safety for ages, health conditions, and medical conditions, coupled with their remarkable effectiveness and wide-ranging emotional benefits, make them an indispensable tool in my practice.
I particularly favor Bach Flower Essences, they were created by the physician Edward Bach in the 1930s. Bach made the connection between emotions and physical well-being.
It's a concept many of us can relate to, whether it's feeling butterflies in our stomach or tension in our shoulders during times of stress.
With 36 different essences addressing a spectrum of emotions, from clinginess to overthinking, Bach Flower Essences offer versatile support.
Up to 7 essences can be blended together, and I recommend daily dosage of 4 drops, taken 3 times a day for overall, daily support. In times of heightened needs, a dosage every 15 minutes for an hour can be taken (this applies to both people and pets).
The duration of use varies for each individual, with some experiencing immediate effects, while for others, it may take a few days.
The beauty of flower essences lies in their safety for long-term use or as needed, offering adaptable support. For those seeking personalized solutions, custom blends are available, extending this gentle healing power to all—including our beloved pets.
